The property is well equipped and spacious. It has superb views over the Atlantic Ocean and neighbouring island of La Gomera. The complex is quiet and very suitable for families with restaurants, shops and good quality hotels locally.
The complex of El Beril is situated in the prestigeous five star area of Bahia Del Duque with the complex resting on the promenade giving direct access to the Playa Del Duque.
Golfers will be delighted with the Costa Adeje course overlooking the sea nearby where the 2003 Spanish Open was held.
Accommodation and Facilities
The duplex is on two floors. The top floor comprises of a double bedroom with patio doors leading to a small balcony overlooking the sea. This faces south and west and so is perfect to enjoy the stunning views all day long. The second twin bedroom on this level faces the mountains and other properties on the complex, this also has a door leading onto a small balcony. The bathroom is on the landing between these two bedrooms.
The ground floor is the main entrance to the house and has a shower room with WC and a hall leading through to the kithen, dining and living area. This living area opens out through patio doors onto the south facing balcony where there is a table and chairs.
