Apartments Tenerife - Studio Holiday Apartment with sea, mountain or pool views

A spacious one bedroom apartment sleeping a maximum of four consisting of twin beds and a double sofa bed. Children stay free and cot hire is of no extra charge. Maximum of two cots per apartment.
The kitchen includes oven, hob, fridge and all utensils There is a safety deposit box in each apartment (local charge applies) and also a television with satellite t.v (and again local charge applies).
Each apartment has either a terrace, patio or balcony with furniture and a separate bathroom with bath with shower, WC and basin.
These apartments are equipped with towels and linen on arrival with maid service five days per week.

Accommodation and Facilities

This residential complex is located in San Eugenio Alto. It is situated at the top of a hill and the complex is on several levels so access for reduced mobility clients is difficult although not impossible.
 
Malibu Park is close to the heart of the hustle and bustle of  San Eugenio, a popular resort area awash with bars, restaurants and shops. The compact San Eugenio Shopping Centre is a 15 minute stroll away. Here you will find everything from souvenir shops to fashion retailers, electronic outlets to supermarkets. If you like a variety of food, take your pick from Chinese cuisine, spicy Indian, quality Italian and traditional Canarian.

A choice of three golden beaches lie within a 15-minute walk, close to the gleaming harbour of Puerto Colon with its millionaire yachts, excursion catamarans and deep-sea fishing boats.

The large communal pool with a seperate childrens area has plenty of sunbeds to go around at no extra cost. Also for the families there is a tennis court for tennis and football, pool tables, table tennis, table football, air hockey and a children's play area with slide, rides, swings etc. The poolside Splash Bar, one of three bars on site, serves refreshments at the waters edge.

The two bars situated next door to reception, along with the onsite shop, offer food packages for those wanting to relax on their holidays, do no cooking and stay close to home. The friendly air-conditioned bar/restaurant has nightly entertainment including all major sporting events. Wi-Fi is free for the use of clients of the Next Door & Terrace bars.

The complex has easy access to the TF1 motorway enabling you to navigate around the island with ease.
One minute from Malibu Park you will find the  original Aqua Land with it's daily dolphin shows and just a 10 minute stroll away you will also find one of Europes largest waterparks Siam Park and a short car or taxi ride some of the top competition golf courses.
