The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower and sink and toilet it also has an extra toilet and wash basin downstairs. It has a large terrace leading through the patio doors of the lounge and an extra balcony up the stairs leading from the master bedroom.

This large established well kept complex is in the heart of Playa de las Americas. On one side of the complex you step out onto the promenade with the surfers beach of Playa la Troya at your feet and at the main entrance of the complex you are amidst a cosmopolitan area of shops, bars and restaurants.

There is one large communal swimming pool heated in the winter months with spacious sundecks surrounding it. Also there is a smaller pool especially for children
