This one bedroom duplex apartment is south facing overlooking the Pool of Parque Santiago II. It is fully equipped in the kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, kettle, toaster and iron/ironing board and with a safe for hire (£10.00 p/w + deposit).
The lounge consists of a double sofa bed with t.v, dvd and british channels leading through the patio doors onto a good size balcony.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with twin beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet and a washing machine is also plumbed in.
This large established well kept complex is in the heart of Playa de las Americas. On one side of the complex you step out onto the promenade with the surfers beach of Playa la Troya at your feet and at the main entrance of the complex you are amidst a cosmopolitan area of shops, bars and restaurants.
Accommodation and Facilities
There is one large communal swimming pool heated in the winter months with spacious sundecks surrounding it. Also there is a smaller pool especially for children
