The bedrooms, both consists of twin beds with the master bedroom opening onto the large double terrace.

The large complex is well kept with the lush horticultural gardens giving an array of colour. On one side of the complex you step out onto the promenade with the surfers paradise of the rocky Playa de Troya beach and two minutes walk up the promenade you are amidst the golden sand of Playa El Camison at your feet. 
The main entrance of Parque Santiago IV is tucked away in the corner slightly apart from the cosmopolitan area of shops, bars and restaurants.

Accommodation and Facilities

There is a large swimming pool with a seperate swimming pool for the little ones. It is heated from October to May. They both have spacious sun decks.
There is also a special childrens entertainment area.
