With only a short walk to the Del Duque beach and promenade leading to a variety of cosmopolitan shops, bars and restaurants. Also a short walk away is the old fishing village of La Caleta with a good selection of restuarants mainly specialising in Fish. 

The apartment comprises of a large bedroom with twin beds, a marble tiled bathroom and a very well equipped kithen leading into the dining and living area. The living area has patio doors leading onto a good size balcony overlooking the pool and sea.
