This three bedroom luxurious villa is situated in one of the most popular resorts in the South of Tenerife, La Caleta. These villas boast a prime location with only a twenty minute drive from Reina Sofia Airport, three minutes from the Costa Adeje course where the 2003 Spanish Open was held and a leisurely fifteen minute stroll along the recently finished promenade leading to the prestigeous area of Bahia Del Duque.

La Caleta was originally a small fishing village but after having prestigeous properties built there the original fish restaurants are still there along with new International cuisine to choose from.

Accomodation and Facilities.

Casa Virgo boasts a large, private swimming pool - perfect for those 50 lengths before breakfast on the terrace !

The lounge is spacious, bright and airy with two comfy sofas, a dining table for 6 and TV and DVD. The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine.

This is a very homely villa - perfect for a couple wanting privacy and space or also for a frineds / family break.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with double bed and ensuite bathroom. The other with twin beds. There is also a shower room on the ground floor.

Upstairs is a third, twin bedroom leading out to a very large terrace with good views of the village and the sea, just 100 metres away.

Fully equipped, the kitchen is open plan and leads out to the mature garden which is very pretty, and has a lovely outside dining area beside the colourful bouganville and oleander plants.
