This three bedroom, three storey, two bathroom villa has a small garden leading onto the promenade overlooking the beach.
It is fully equipped in the kitchen with fridge, hob, oven,  kettle, toaster, microwave and iron/ironing board, washing machine and with a safe for hire (£10.00 p/w + deposit).
The master bedroom consists of a double bed with a balcony leading through the patio doors, with views overloooking the Atlantic. The remaining two bedrooms have single beds, with one of them situated on the third floor as an attic bedroom with a small balcony.
There are two bathrooms one on the ground floor with walk in shower, sink and wc and a bathroom with bath with a shower over the bath and sink and toilet on the first floor.

The large complex is well kept with the lush horticultural gardens giving an array of colour. On one side of the complex you step out onto the promenade with the golden sand of Playa El Camison at your feet and at the main entrance of the complex you are amidst a cosmopolitan area of shops, bars and restaurants.

Accommodation and Facilities

There are 2 salt-water swimming pools; one of which is heated from October to May. They both have spacious sun decks.There is a smaller pool especially for children

There is also a special childrens entertainment area, a water park with two areas differentiated by age and two areas with state-of-the-art swings where there is no lack of fun.
